About Us – Nevagap

Craftsmanship & Artistic Vision

At Nevagap, furniture is treated as more than functional items. Every design is developed with inspiration from natural forms and crafted by skilled artisans who value detail. The intention is to create coffee tables and tea tables that add both artistry and warmth to everyday living spaces.

Most of the pieces are made from solid natural wood, selected from reliable sources and finished with eco-conscious techniques. The use of oak, pine, bamboo, and other woods reflects an appreciation for materials that are both enduring and connected to nature.

Nevagap seeks to design tables that feel practical in use while also enhancing the atmosphere of the home. Each table is meant not just to serve but also to bring comfort, organization, and a welcoming character to modern interiors.

Business Model – Direct-to-Customer, Flexible Production

Nevagap was established in 2024 by a team of woodworkers and designers with a shared interest in natural, handmade furniture. From the beginning, Nevagap followed a direct-to-customer model: each product is created in the workshop and shipped directly to buyers without third-party distributors. This model keeps the process more transparent and responsive.

The main workshop is located at 71761 Buena Vista Dr, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277, equipped with CNC cutting machines, sanding systems, and finishing rooms for oils and varnishes. There is also a small showroom to test and display prototypes before release. Customers typically include design-aware individuals in the U.S., often between ages 28–45, who look for minimalist, rustic, or artistic furniture pieces that balance function and design.

Our Core Products – Wooden Coffee & Tea Tables

The central line of Nevagap’s work is the Natural Elegance collection of wooden coffee and tea tables.

Each table is designed with a distinct character: some highlight Nordic simplicity, others focus on artistic form, while a few emphasize functionality such as storage or multi-tier structures. Customers can choose between ready-made designs or request modifications in size, finish, or detailing.

Materials commonly used include oak, pine, and bamboo, supplied by American distributors such as Rex Lumber (East Coast), Hood Distribution (California), and Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods (Ohio). Every plank is selected based on strength and grain to ensure it suits both structural and decorative purposes.

Production & Quality Control – Built to Last

Every Nevagap table passes through a step-by-step process combining modern tools with artisan techniques. The wood is first inspected for moisture balance and grain quality. Structural components are cut using CNC machines for precision, while edges, surfaces, and unique details are finished by hand.

Each piece is sanded carefully and protected with natural oils or low-VOC varnishes, which preserve the wood’s natural appearance and add resistance to moisture. This ensures the tables remain stable and usable for years under normal conditions. Simple care practices—such as wiping surfaces with a dry cloth and avoiding direct prolonged sunlight—help keep the furniture in good condition.

Before shipment, every product undergoes a dedicated quality review. The team checks stability, joints, and finishing to make sure the design intention is preserved. Custom orders follow a tailored process that begins with consultation, includes design sketches, and ends with a final inspection before dispatch.

Business Operations

Nevagap is supported by a compact team of twelve members. Designers focus on developing new coffee and tea table concepts that match international interior trends while remaining practical for daily life. Artisans and carpenters bring those designs into form using both traditional woodworking skills and modern machinery.

Wood is supplied by trusted partners such as Rex Lumber, Hood Distribution, and Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods. These suppliers provide oak, pine, maple, and bamboo, all chosen for stability and grain quality. Once delivered to the Twentynine Palms workshop, each shipment of wood is examined before entering production.

Quality control is treated as its own stage, with each table inspected closely before packaging. Customer service then connects with buyers, answering questions and guiding them from the ordering process through post-purchase support. Most inquiries receive replies within one business day.

For logistics, Nevagap uses secure payment systems with PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard, and delivery is handled by UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Tracking is provided so that customers can follow their order from the workshop to their homes.

Nevagap represents a blend of craftsmanship, natural wood, and thoughtful design. From the workshop in California to homes across the country, these tables are created to serve, inspire, and complement modern living.
