At Nevagap, we value flexibility and transparency. This policy explains how you can cancel an order, the timeframe for doing so, and how refunds are handled if you change your mind after placing an order.
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started. Once the order enters production or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation, you may still be able to return it—please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further guidance.
To request a cancellation, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include:
Your Order ID
The email address or phone number used at checkout
(Optional) A brief reason for cancellation
Our team will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will also be notified by email when your order enters the “In Production” phase, after which cancellations are no longer accepted.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days, though your payment provider may take slightly longer to reflect the amount.
Once your order is in production or has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available return options.
