At Nevagap, each item of wooden furniture is created with attention and detail. The aim is for customers to feel at ease when choosing a product, knowing that support is available if things don’t turn out as expected. If the furniture you receive isn’t quite right, Nevagap provides a straightforward return process. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below.
Furniture purchased from Nevagap may be returned within 90 days of delivery. To qualify, the piece must be in its original state, unused, and include all parts, packaging, and accessories. Since much of the furniture is made for home assembly, we kindly ask that returned items be disassembled before shipping. This makes transport safer and lowers the risk of additional damage. Proof of purchase, such as your invoice or order confirmation, is required for every return.
Occasionally, an item may arrive damaged in transit, include a defect, or differ from the model and color ordered. When this happens, Nevagap considers it a responsibility to make things right. If you encounter such an issue, please reach out within the return window and provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the problem.
Once confirmed, Nevagap will send you a prepaid return label so there are no shipping costs for you. After the returned furniture arrives at the workshop, you may choose either a replacement (if available) or a complete refund, including the original delivery fee.
We understand that sometimes furniture may not suit the space or style as planned. In these situations, returns are still possible if the product remains in good condition and within the return period. For such returns, the buyer covers shipping charges back to Nevagap. Using a tracked service and the original packaging is highly recommended. Please remember to disassemble the furniture before sending it, as this helps prevent transit damage.
Once the return is received and checked, Nevagap will refund the item’s value. Please note that the original delivery fee is not refundable in cases of change of mind.
Some products cannot be returned unless defective. These include gift cards and clearance or final-sale items that are clearly labeled at the time of purchase.
To begin, please contact Nevagap at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. If the item is damaged or defective, attach photos or a video. The support team will review your request within one to two business days and provide instructions, including a prepaid label if the return is due to Nevagap’s fault.

Nevagap wants refunds to be as clear as possible. Once a returned item is received and confirmed in good condition, the refund process will begin. This usually takes 5 business days.
Refunds are always made to the original payment method, such as your credit card or PayPal account. Store credit is only issued upon customer request.
When the refund is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that while Nevagap processes refunds quickly, banks or card providers may require an additional three to seven business days to release the funds.
For any return, please disassemble the product if possible. This makes it easier to secure during shipping and helps speed up inspection once it arrives back at Nevagap.
Nevagap does not apply restocking fees. If your return is approved, the full value will be refunded without any deductions.
Orders for wooden furniture from Nevagap are prepared within one to two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Purchases placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are usually processed on the same day.
Shipping normally takes four to six business days, depending on the carrier and destination. More detailed information can be found in the Shipping Policy.
