Because each item is handcrafted from solid natural wood, every order is handled with extra care. Packaging and shipping are carried out with special attention to safety, protection, and timing. Below is a detailed explanation of how the shipping process works.
Shipping area
Currently, Nevagap ships orders only within the United States. At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. territories outside the mainland, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Deliveries are made directly to residential or business street addresses to ensure safe handling of solid wood furniture.
Shipping costs
For most orders, Nevagap applies a flat shipping fee of $100. This fee covers careful packaging, protective materials, handling of heavy solid-wood pieces, and secure delivery through trusted carriers. If the total value of your order is over $1,200 shipping is free anywhere within the continental United States.
All shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase. The amount you see is final, with no hidden charges or extra delivery fees added later. This ensures that customers can review and confirm the full cost of their order with confidence.
Processing and Delivery Times
Once an order is placed, Nevagap requires about 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) to prepare the item for shipment. During this time, each piece undergoes a final inspection for quality assurance, followed by secure packaging designed to protect the furniture during transport.
After the processing period, delivery typically takes 5–6 business days, though this may vary slightly depending on the destination and carrier schedules. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM (PST) are entered into the processing queue the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) are prepared starting the next business day.
This schedule helps ensure that solid wood furniture is not only built and checked with care but also shipped promptly to arrive within a reliable timeframe.
Furniture Shipping & Assembly
Because solid wood furniture can be heavy and bulky, Nevagap ships most items partially disassembled. This approach makes each piece easier to pack, safer to handle during transit, and less likely to be damaged on the way to your home.
Every order arrives with a step-by-step illustrated assembly guide, and in many cases, the necessary basic tools are included in the box. The instructions are designed for everyday users with no special skills required. Most customers are able to reassemble their bookshelf, table, or chair within 20–30 minutes. Once completed, your furniture will be sturdy, level, and ready to enjoy immediately.
If you prefer professional assistance, Nevagap can recommend third-party assembly services available in most major U.S. cities. These services are optional and not included in the shipping fee.
Delivery Timeline
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing on the following business day. Once the order enters the system, Nevagap requires about 1–2 business days to complete final inspection, secure packaging, and hand over to the carrier.
From that point, delivery typically takes 5–6 business days, depending on the shipping provider and your location. For example, if you place an order on Monday afternoon, it will be processed on Tuesday, shipped soon after, and should arrive between Tuesday and Wednesday of the following week. Oversized furniture may occasionally take an extra day or two due to carrier handling, but Nevagap will keep you informed of any delays.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves the workshop at 71761 Buena Vista Dr, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your unique tracking number along with a direct link to the carrier’s website, where you can follow the journey of your furniture in real time.
Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after you receive the confirmation email. During this time, your package is in transit but may not yet be visible online.
Damaged or Lost Goods
Although Nevagap takes extensive care in packaging each item, damage during shipping can occasionally occur. If you notice that your furniture has arrived damaged, please contact Nevagap within 72 hours of delivery. To help resolve the issue quickly, provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the damage to both the product and the packaging. Based on this information, Nevagap will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
In rare cases when a package is lost in transit, we ask customers to reach out if their order has not arrived within 14 business days, particularly if the tracking number has shown no updates for more than a week. Nevagap will contact the carrier directly to investigate. If the package is confirmed as lost, a replacement shipment or a full refund will be provided.
Canceling an Order
If you change your mind, you may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Because wooden furniture moves quickly into production, it is best to notify Nevagap as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible. At that stage, you may still use Nevagap’s Return & Refund Policy after receiving your delivery.
